Emily Brodzinski

Emily Brodzinski, Esq. is an attorney with The McCalmon Group, Inc., a company specializing in workplace loss prevention and employer risk management. In the scope of her work with The McCalmon Group, Ms. Brodzinski has written and researched numerous articles, training materials, FAQs, standards, policies, video materials, and forms on the topics of employment practices liability, child safety, employment law trends, cyber, crime, and more. She is also one of the hosts of the RiskTrendsTM Trusted Insight Podcast, on which she discusses current events, trends, and risks related to the workplace.

Ms. Brodzinski is also the project manager of RiskTrendsTM, an online platform which categorizes and aggregates loss data regarding settlements, verdicts, fines, fees, and losses related to crime into a searchable database. The RiskTrendsTM database also provides valuable analysis, alerts, and resources for employers, insurance brokers, underwriters, and anyone who evaluates risk.

Ms. Brodzinski received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Resource Development, from James Madison University. She received her juris doctorate from The Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating with honors. She was also a publication editor for the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal.

Ms. Brodzinski is a member in good standing of the Connecticut Bar Association.
